Terms of Service

Last updated: 10-01-2026

The agreement

By using HomeStore POS you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are entitled to bind it.

Your account

You are responsible for your staff's accounts and PINs and for what happens under them. Keep them private, set permissions to suit each role, and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been misused.

Trial, fees and cancellation

The free trial runs for thirty days from the day your store is created. After that, the service is billed monthly in advance. There is no long-term contract — you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Any setup fee is refundable in full if you ask within thirty days of your store being created. Monthly service fees are not refundable; cancel and you simply are not billed again.

Your data

Your store's data belongs to you. We hold it to provide the service, handle it as described in the Privacy Policy, and you may export it at any time. If you cancel, you have a reasonable window to take an export before the data is removed.

Our software

The software, its design and its underlying code belong to us. You get the right to use it while your account is active. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing product from it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, do not attempt to reach other dealers' data, do not interfere with the service, and do not use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages to consumers.

Third-party services

Vendor catalog connections, payment processors and mapping services are operated by the companies who provide them. We are not responsible for their availability, their charges or their handling of your data under their own agreements.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be notified where practical.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for non-payment or for a serious breach of these terms, with notice where practical, and will give you an opportunity to export your data.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified before they take effect.
