Sell more. Run smarter.

Every tool a furniture store ever dreamed of.

HomeStore POS runs a furniture, mattress or home-goods store from the first quote to the last delivery — deposits and financing, goods that ship from a vendor weeks later, trucks, pickups, commissions and clean numbers at month end.

What it does

The whole store, front to back.

No bolt-ons, no second system for the warehouse, no spreadsheet for the delivery board.

Sales, quotes & layaway

Quotes that convert to sales, layaway, deposits, protection plans, haul-away and setup, split commissions, package pricing and mixed tenders — all on one ticket.

Inventory, kits & catalog

Items, kits and packages with landed cost and automatic pricing, floor models kept separate from deliverable stock, and a picture-first catalog your team can sell straight from.

Customers & service

A full customer record — every quote, order, payment, delivery and note — with automatic follow-ups for check-ins, sleep trials, layaway payments, warranty claims and returns, and a record of where each customer came from.

Orders, purchasing & receiving

One board shows every open order and what it is waiting on. Buy what is not in stock, receive it against the customer who ordered it, and watch pickups and deliveries release themselves.

Delivery scheduling & routing

Book the stop at the register, schedule against real truck capacity, optimize the day, and send the crew out with the stop on their phone.

Reports & commissions

Sales analytics, top sellers, payments, commissions and a tax & accounting pack your bookkeeper can actually use — with exports when they want the file.

Label printing

Barcoded stock labels, price tags, hold tags and customer delivery labels — including box-of-box piece labels — straight to a Zebra printer or a letter sheet.

Time clock

Staff clock in and out from the register they already use, and hours and timesheets land in reports — no second device, no second app.

Goals, margins & limits

Margin targets, discount and margin limits per person, commission rules and scorecards — so everyone knows where they stand before month end, not after.

Lease-to-own & financing

Put several lease and finance companies on one ticket. Each line is tagged with who pays, the tax rule follows the company, and the invoice prints each company's portion.

Up system & close rate

Log every walk-in as it happens, see who took the up and what came of it, and get close rate and average ticket by salesperson — the numbers that tell you who is selling and who is just standing there.

Delivery, handled

The part other POS systems leave to you.

Furniture does not fit in a bag. HomeStore POS treats the delivery as part of the sale: a capacity calendar, optimized routes with per-stop ETAs, and a crew view that closes the stop out properly — partial deliveries included.

Schedule at the register against a calendar that shows real capacity
Optimize the day across trucks, then print pick lists, slips and route sheets
Crew view on a phone: navigate, text an ETA, signature, photos, balance collected

Warehouse logistics

Labels on the boxes, order in the building.

Labels print as goods are received and every piece stays findable from that point on. Pull the day's orders by bin, scan to pick, stage them for the truck or the will-call counter.

Put-away, storage bins and zones, transfers between showroom and warehouse, and a find-an-item search that tells you where a piece is and who it is committed to.

Print what you need, where you need it
Pick lists, hold tags, price tags and piece labels from the same system.
Scan instead of guess
Scan a SKU to pick it; scanners work anywhere the item box is open.
Nothing leaves twice
Goods committed to a customer are flagged, and orders with a balance can be held back.
Cloud & integrations

In the cloud, and connected to the people you already do business with.

Nothing to install in the back office and no server humming in the closet. HomeStore POS talks directly to your vendors and your processors so the same information does not get keyed three times.

Strictly cloud

Every store runs in the cloud — open it on a register, a tablet or a phone, from the floor, the warehouse, the truck or your kitchen table. Backups and updates arrive without a visit from anybody.

Vendor API integration

Connect a vendor once and every dealer can pull its catalog at their own markup, get cost-change prompts, and send purchase orders in the vendor's own format — Ashley Furniture Industries and other major suppliers.

Payment processing API

API integrations with merchant service and payment processing companies, so the terminal talks straight to the ticket — no double keying, no transposed amounts. Card batches reconcile against terminal totals at the end of the day.

Your brand, not ours

White-labeled to your store.

Upload your logo and it shows up where customers actually see it — the sign-in screen, the register, invoices, quotes, pickup and delivery slips, hang tags and warehouse labels. You decide which documents carry it.

Then set the colors: pick one of sixteen ready-made themes or type in your own brand values, and every screen in the store follows them. Nothing your staff or your customers touch looks like somebody else's software.

Down to the labels Every screen follows it
Selling to more than one store? Each dealer sets their own — their staff never see another store's branding.
Fraud & loss prevention

Big tickets attract bad actors. The system pushes back.

A furniture store takes four-figure card payments from people it has never met and loads merchandise onto trucks all day. HomeStore POS builds the checks into the workflow, so protecting the store does not depend on whether a new salesperson remembers.

Nothing here slows down an honest sale. It slows down the one that should have been stopped.

Card payments get verified
The register prompts the seller to confirm the card against the invoice and the customer's ID before the charge goes through, and records what was checked.
Same-day pickups get a warning
The pattern every furniture store gets hit with — a big card sale walked straight out the door — raises a caution on the screen where it can still be stopped.
Nothing leaves unpaid
Orders with a balance can't be picked up or loaded onto a truck. A manager can release one, and the release is recorded with their name.
Discounts need an approver
Each person has their own discount and margin limits. Going past them, voiding, or an out-of-policy return asks for a manager — and costs stay hidden from anyone not cleared to see them.
Proof the goods arrived
Signatures and photos at the stop, a signed slip at the counter, and a stamped record of who received what — the evidence you need when a chargeback shows up.
Built to grow

One store or twenty. Same system.

Every dealer is a completely separate store — its own staff, inventory, customers, settings, logo and colors. Nothing crosses between dealers, and each one switches on only the modules it uses.

Behind it sits an administration console: create a dealer, send them their sign-in link, connect vendor integrations for everyone, and open a store for support when they call.

Separate books, shared backbone
Each dealer is its own business inside the system, with its own backup and export.
Roles that fit a store
Manager, sales associate, cashier and delivery crew — each sees what they need, and costs stay hidden unless you grant them.
More than furniture
Mattress, appliance, flooring, electronics and general retail dealers run on the same platform.

Getting started takes a week, not a quarter.

STEP 01

We set up your store

Your store, tax brackets, delivery pricing, staff and permissions.

STEP 02

We bring your catalog in

Suppliers, items and current stock in from a spreadsheet or a connected vendor catalog.

STEP 03

Your team gets trained

Sales floor, warehouse, crew and office walked through their own screens, then you go live.

Enterprise & franchise

Running a lot of locations? Let's talk.

Multi-location groups and franchises don't run like a single store. You may need corporate reporting across every location, shared vendor terms, consistent pricing rules with room for local exceptions, transfers between stores, or your own integrations on top.

We build to fit. Tell us how your group operates and we'll tailor the setup around it — rather than handing you a system and asking you to work the way it does.

Talk to us directly
Bring us the awkward parts — the reporting your board asks for, the vendor arrangement nobody else supports, the way your franchisees need to be kept separate. That conversation is free and there is no obligation on either side.
